Home Creations' Selling Agent First Contact Policy  

In order to be listed as the selling agent and to receive a three percent commission for the sale of a new Home Creations home, we ask that the selling agent do one of these two things:  

1. Accompany your buyer on his/her first visit to a Home Creations show home.       - or -

2. Register your buyer prior to his/her first contact with Home Creations. Do this by calling Merissa Hart at 405.364.9999 or by submitting an online client registration here. This registration is good for 30 days and covers all Home Creations communities. 

Please note: If a buyer has first contacted Home Creations through the Internet, on the phone or in person at any of our community show homes without being previously registered by a Realtor, the Selling Agent will be a Home Creations Community Manager.

It is the Realtor’s responsibility to inform his/her buyers of this policy and keep in contact with his/her clients. If a previously registered buyer comes back to purchase a Home Creations home after 30 days has passed and the Realtor registration was not renewed, the Community Manager who writes the contract will be considered the Selling Agent.  

We encourage Realtors to be involved with their buyers throughout the contract/construction/ closing process. Home Creations has its own Real Estate Purchase Contract that is specific to our product, procedures and processes. Realtors are welcome to contact our Community Managers for assistance at any time.
