We had to suspend customs for a while due to supply chain issues associated with COVID-19. Now, we are happy to offer this option back for our homebuyers!

When you purchase a custom home, you will get to choose colors and finishes, you truly make your new home a reflection of who are. The color selection process takes place at the color meeting, where you work with a Home Creations expert design consultant to select the colors and details of your new home, including countertops, cabinets, paint, flooring, faucets, lighting and more.

At the Home Creations Design Center, you will view and select from our wide variety of options for each feature of your new home. Our design consultants are there to make recommendations, offer tenured advice and provide extensive information about each selection. Sidenote: While we had to take a break from customs; we redesigned our Design Center! Come see it for yourself!

The first step in the process is to view your floor plan and discuss existing features and changes you have selected. After this step, we start from the outside – with brick, stone, paint, windows and door options – and work our way in the home. Once inside, you select flooring first, then cabinets, countertops and the backsplash.
