This sensor automatically turns the light on and off when you walk in! This feature will be available for all of our collections.

Technology is evolving and we are keeping up with it! We are upgrading our combo outlets in the master bedroom and kitchen to not only have the USB A plug, but to have the USB C plug as well!

You can now view your front door in real-time with our installed video doorbell. This wi-fi-enabled doorbell has HD video, two-way audio, night vision, wide-angle lens, motion detection, and various chime sounds. You can also use the Aiwit app to monitor your door when you are not home!

We are not done adding smart features – let’s move into the garage. All garages will now come standard with an app-enabled garage door opener. Homeowners will be able to receive activity alerts, open or close the garage via smartphone, and set recurring schedules to open and close the garage door. Rest assured knowing that your home is safe and secure - even when you are away!
