Tornado Straps, also commonly known as hurricane straps, anchor to the top plate of your home to the rafters, which keeps the roof more secure during high winds.

 Anchor bolts secure the bottom plate of your home to the stem wall. These bolts are anchored 8 inches into the concrete of the stem wall and the J shape, at the end of these bolts, locks them in place.

Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a super strong sheathing that gets its strength from the alternating orientation of the layers of wood that compose it. OSB provides lateral support to the home. We surround the entire exterior of our homes with OSB.
