During this appointment, we will review key maintenance points and answer any questions you may have about the care and operation of your home's features. We will also inspect your home and review any items you believe require warranty attention.
60-day requestWe will offer another service request near the end of your one-year limited warranty. This visit is scheduled on the 11-month from when your warranty began. This visit typically takes less than an hour and addresses any one-time repair items that need attention.
