Customer service is our priority

We service every new home twice within the first year of ownership. Our customer care team is in-house and available to assist with issues that may arise. Homeowners will also have a piece of mind knowing their home comes with a RWC 10-year Structural Warranty that starts on the homeowners' close date.
60-day service request

60-day service request

We will offer to schedule your 60-day service request during your welcome home celebration. During this appointment, we will review key maintenance points and answer any questions you may have about the care and operation of your home's features. We will also inspect your home and review any items you believe require warranty attention.

11-month service request

We will offer another service request near the end of your one-year limited warranty. This visit is scheduled on the 11-month from when your warranty began. This visit typically takes less than an hour and addresses any one-time repair items that need attention.
