Aspen Ridge is served by the Choctaw-Nicoma Park School District, home of the Yellowjackets. Students will attend Nicoma Park Intermediate, Nicoma Park Middle School, and Choctaw High School. Located north of SE 29th Street and west of Westminster Road, Aspen Ridge provides easy access to I-40 for an effortless commute to Tinker Air Force Base via Lancer Gate and the Oklahoma City Metro area. Aspen Ridge residents will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment and other amenities are just a quick drive away whether they want to stay in Midwest City or discover every imaginable adventure just 20 minutes away in Oklahoma City. I-40 links up with the newly-completed Kickapoo Turnpike, which you can take north to Harrah or out east to communities like Shawnee, as well as I-240, which cuts straight across Oklahoma City’s southwest side. Ten miles south gets you right to Lake Stanley Draper  for camping, boating, mountain biking, water sports, and more.
