App Enabled Garage Door Opener

All garages will now come standard with an app-enabled garage door opener. Homeowners will be able to receive activity alerts, open or close the garage via smartphone, and set recurring schedules to open and close the garage door. Rest assured knowing that your home is safe and secure - even when you are away!

Occupancy Sensor

An occupancy sensor will be installed in every utility room. This sensor will detect motion to turn on/off the light. You will no longer have to worry about turning the light on while holding a handful of laundry!
